I HOPE TO EARN YOUR VOTE IN NOVEMBER 5,2024

Human Rights Activist Khaled Salem (خالد سالم) has dedicated his entire adult life to serving the citizens of the great state of New York.
Since immigrating from Egypt as a young man, he has gone on to become the living epitome of the American Dream. Khaled worked his way up from humble beginnings to become one of the nation’s most trusted experts in international relations. Now, Khaled is proud to announce that he intends to run for the United States Senate in 2024.

Khaled is confident that he can unite the people of New York and become a powerful new voice in Washington D.C. But he can’t do it alone. In order for Khaled to help usher in the sweeping reforms that American citizens are so desperate for, he is going to need your help. Together, Khaled believes that there is nothing we cannot accomplish.

Khaled was born to a Muslim family in Cairo City, Egypt on July 10, 1972. He was raised in Kuwait State before immigrating to the United States in 1992. He quickly set about making the most of the infinite opportunities presented to him in America, earning an online Master’s Degree and becoming fluent in English.

Khaled entered the American workforce politics in 2020 and ran against the Majority Leader of the United States Senate Chuck Schumer in the 2022 primary election for the United States Senate seat in New York, The Determination of the New York State Board of Elections disqualified Khaled Because of 11741 valid signatures-petition and  15,000 signatures are required for the primary election. This gave Khaled invaluable insight into the experience of American politics while introducing him to diverse people from every corner of the globe. The communication skills and multi-cultural understanding Khaled formed during these formative years would prove invaluable as he built his career in public service.

Khaled continued to move up to run for United States Senate in the year 2024 against the United States Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, Khaled hoping to succeed in the primary to serve the United States Senate in  Washington D.C  and to become the first immigrant holding this position as United States Senator. ladder of success, Khaled was hired as a contractor for the United States Army. His understanding of the cultural differences between the United States and the Arab World made him an essential part of the army’s diplomatic missions. During this time, Khaled began working on an issue that would come to define his professional career- the unlawful detainment of United States citizens by foreign governments.
 
With a diverse skill set and successful, professional experience across several industries, Khaled brings a dynamic, dependable demeanor and business-focused attitude to the CEO position, of the non-profit organization called American Human Rights organization. Khaled has 2 children.
